Jury 2020

From the shorts that come to us, the Worms of the Infest select 3 hours of screenings with the finalists. The pre-selection worms this year have been:

Anna Berrozpe, Miqui Cardona, Imanol Fernández, Alberto García,  Nerea Gómez, Ignacio Malagón, Patricia Moreno, Laia Parral, Sergio Ramos i Francesc Serrate. All of them are linked to the artistic and audiovisual world.

Infest is also responsible for deciding who is the final jury, which decides from these 3 hours which will be the first and second prize. This year the jury are:

Mar Morey

Mar Morey

The central axis of her work is education, art and culture. She has been the producer of Arts Santa Mònica and co-creator of the production company Sra. Audiovisual with which she has worked producing works by various artists and the award-winning video clip of Professor Globo at the FIC-CAT and Scopifest festivals.

This Madrilenian settled for years in London was the winner of the 2019 InFest audience award. His short film, Baghead, has been internationally recognized … and so far, the InFest bugs think it is one of the best short films that has gone through the festival.

Olga Navarro

Graduated in Audiovisual Communication from the Pompeu Fabra University

Olga Navarro

Olga Navarro has worked as casting director for different production companies, being director, in turn, of various short films. Currently she co-directs the agency of actors and models of Barcelona Ethnic Models.
Not so many people knows that Olga was, also, one of the InFest founders. So there are traces of bug in her DNA!

Dani Viqueira

Galician director and screenwriter, his first short film, Limbo, has reached 150 selections at festivals around the world, earning the Melies de Oro nomination for Best European Fantastic Short Film 2020 and qualifying for the Goya 2021 Awards. In 2020 he will premiere his second short film as director and editor, “La Penumbra”.
With Limbo, Dani Viqueira participated in InFest 2019 and achieved her most important milestone: partying with the bugs from InFest.
